Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE PROVIDED], [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TO BE PROVIDED] ("AccessProof") and the business you represent ("Customer"). By creating an account you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

1. The service

AccessProof runs periodic access reviews over Customer's GitHub organizations and Microsoft Entra tenants and produces evidence packs. Customer connects those systems and remains responsible for the decisions its reviewers make and for any revocations it approves.

2. Accounts

Keep your email account secure; sign-in links grant access. You must provide accurate information and may not share accounts.

3. Plans, billing and refunds

Free, Team ($49/month) and Business ($149/month) plans, billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe, plus applicable taxes. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled from Billing. You may request a full refund within 30 days of a payment, from Billing. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other customers' data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no connecting systems you are not authorized to administer.

5. Customer data

Customer owns its data. We process it only to provide the service and as described in the DPA, which forms part of these terms. You can export or delete your data at any time from Account settings.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without a formal SLA unless agreed in writing. Support: support@tryaccessproof.com.

7. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessProof disclaims implied warranties, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete Customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

[GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE — TO BE PROVIDED]. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.

10. Changes

We will notify account owners of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
